Terms of Service

By using Strappo, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

The Service

Strappo provides an indoor cycling simulation platform available on iOS. Features depend on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions

Strappo subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Strava Integration

Strappo optionally integrates with Strava to import your past routes and upload completed rides. By connecting your Strava account, you authorize Strappo to access your Strava data on your behalf in accordance with Strava’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may disconnect Strava at any time from within the app.

Strava data accessed through this integration is used only to provide features you have explicitly requested. It is displayed only to you and is not shared with other users or third parties. We do not use Strava data to train AI or machine learning models.

Your Content

You own your ride data. By using Strappo, you grant us a limited license to store and process your ride data to provide the service. We don’t claim ownership of your routes, rides, or training data.

Acceptable Use

Use Strappo for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app or its data
• Manipulate ride metrics or exploit ghost challenge features unfairly
• Use the service in ways that harm other users or the infrastructure
• Use data obtained through Strava’s API for any purpose beyond your own personal training use within the app

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support@getstrappo.com. Upon deletion, your personal data and any Strava-sourced data will be permanently removed within 48 hours.

Map and 3D Imagery

Strappo uses Apple Maps (MapKit) to render route maps, including 3D terrain and satellite imagery. The availability and quality of 3D imagery, realistic elevation rendering, and related map features are determined entirely by Apple and may vary by region, route, or map tile availability. We do not control Apple’s imagery coverage and cannot guarantee that any specific location will have 3D or satellite imagery.

These features also depend on your device and operating system. Realistic 3D terrain and certain Apple Maps enhancements require devices and iOS versions that support them — older hardware or software may receive a reduced or standard 2D map experience. Features introduced in newer versions of iOS or Apple Maps may not be available on devices that do not support those releases.

Siri and on-device AI features referenced in the app are similarly subject to device compatibility and Apple’s availability requirements. Not all devices support Apple’s on-device intelligence features.

We will not issue refunds or credits based on map imagery quality, 3D feature availability, or device-level limitations imposed by Apple.
